Role & responsibilities
- Business partnering: Collaborate closely with manufacturing teams to provide financial insights, support decision-making, and drive cost optimization initiatives.
- Internal controls review: Regularly assess and strengthen internal control frameworks across mill locations to ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Process improvements: Identify gaps in existing processes, recommend automation or simplification opportunities, and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Record-to-Report leadership: Oversee R2R processes including month-end closing, reconciliations, and reporting, ensuring timeliness and accuracy of financial statements.
- Procure-to-Pay leadership: Manage P2P processes across mill locations, ensuring vendor compliance, timely payments,



and effective working capital management.
- Cross-location coordination: Standardize finance practices across multiple mill sites, ensuring consistency, transparency, and alignment with corporate objectives.
- Stakeholder management: Build solid relationships with internal stakeholders, auditors, and external partners to support smooth financial operations.

Preferred candidate profile
- CA with 3 to 6 years of Experience
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Problem-solving and analytical mindset
