- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads.
- Explain company projects, products, services, offers, and payment plans to customers.
- Handle incoming calls and respond to customer queries professionally.
- Follow up regularly with leads generated through various sources.
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
- Identify customer requirements and provide suitable project/property information.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
- Convert interested leads into site visits and potential sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain good relationships with prospective customers.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-conversion targets.




- Update lead status and follow-up details in CRM/Excel or other company systems.
- Coordinate with the sales team for further customer follow-up and closure.
- Handle customer objections and provide appropriate information to encourage engagement.
- Maintain qualified communication and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Prepare daily calling and follow-up reports for the reporting manager.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
