Position: Creative / Design Manager

Reporting to the Creative Director, the Creative / Design Manager will lead the development of trend-driven apparel collections while managing and mentoring a high-performing design team. This role requires an individual who combines exceptional creative vision with strong people leadership and a deep understanding of manufacturing and global sourcing.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the Creative Director to conceptualise and develop seasonal collections.
- Lead the design team through the entire creative and product development process.
- Translate global fashion trends into commercially viable products for international clients.




- Work closely with merchandising, sourcing, and manufacturing teams to ensure design feasibility and timely execution.
- Mentor, inspire, and develop designers while fostering a team-oriented creative culture.
- Present design concepts, mood boards, color palettes, and collection stories to internal stakeholders.
- Ensure consistency in brand aesthetics, quality, and innovation across all product categories.

Candidate Profile
- 15+ years of experience in apparel design and product development.
- Proven experience with leading apparel sourcing or buying organisations.
- Strong background in manufacturing and global sourcing is essential.
- Exceptional creative ability with a keen eye for trends, color, fabric, and silhouette.
- Demonstrated people management and team leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
