· Experience in Corporate Interior Fitouts

. English Speaking skills should be Good

. Project Pre- tendering , Estimation, Billing.

· Ability to prepare BOQ on the basis of Autocad & Sketchup Drawings.

· Should have experience in coordination with Vendors, Prepare BOQ in all Corporate Commercial interior fit out for project.

· Prepare the Comparative rates in market Prepare and cross check BOQ.

· Procurement, Invite, assesses, and ward/recommend supplier tenders, bids, quotations, and proposals.

· Settle the Bills with Vendors

· Rate analysis

· Vendor selection

· Good knowledge Marketing

· Project schedule

· Project completion on time.

· Must have knowledge of site as well detail of drawing





· Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques as well as a dexterity in “reading” the market

· Talent in negotiations and networking

· Good knowledge of supplier or third party management software

· Aptitude in decision-making and working with number

· Experience in collecting and analysing data

· Strong leadership capabilities.

Pay: ₹125,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
