Key Responsibilities
As a
Senior Associate - Legal
, your responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Contract drafting, negotiating, vetting and redlining all kinds of agreements and ancillary documentation MSA, RFP, RFQ, SaaS, SHA, Re-seller agreements, NDAs, Partner agreements, Distributor Agreements, Service Agreements, Author Agreements, Training Centre Agreements, Commercial Lease Agreements, License Agreements etc
- To advise on employment related issues e.g. termination, severance, mutual separation, outsourcing arrangements, employment templates




- Prior M&A; experience Working with external counsel, due diligence and reporting, transaction documents including term sheets, LOI, SHA, SPA etc. To participate in negotiation and advice and be involved in preparation of documentation for mergers, disposals, restructures, strategic alliances, acquisitions of companies (if any)
- Experience in data protection and data privacy including drafting privacy policies, knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, PDPA, DPDP etc., working closely with DPO to implement data protection clauses in agreements, knowledge of Data Processing Agreements, SCCs etc.
- To provide qualified legal advice, legal leadership, strategy and risk management through knowledge experience and help develop compliance systems and processes for all legal operations and all areas of the business in conjunction with functional and business leaders in the countries and with appointed external legal advisors,
