- Handle day-to-day purchasing and procurement activities of the Diagnostics Centre.
- Identify and communicate with reliable suppliers and vendors.
- Collect and compare quotations based on price, quality, availability, and delivery terms.
- Prepare purchase orders and maintain proper procurement documentation.
- Ensure timely procurement of medicines, medical supplies, equipment, and general materials.
- Coordinate with medical, administration,



and other departments to understand purchase requirements.
- Monitor stock levels and arrange replenishment before critical shortages occur.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
- Maintain updated supplier and purchase records.
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of purchased items.
- Inspect delivered goods for quantity, quality, and specifications in coordination with the concerned department.
- Maintain proper records of purchase orders, invoices, quotations, and supplier communications.
- Support management in identifying cost-saving and effective procurement opportunities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
