- Lead the complete NPD lifecycle from concept development to commercial production.
- Drive the NPD stage-gate process from feasibility studies to mass production.
- Develop project charters and establish project timelines in alignment with marketing requirements and product strategies.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Design, Procurement, Quality, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.
- Integrate advanced technologies such as gesture control, touch control, and auto-clean features into new product designs.
- Oversee product design activities, including CAD modeling, CFD simulations, prototyping, and engineering analysis.
- Ensure rigorous product validation through thermal, airflow, suction, noise, safety, and performance testing.
- Lead design reviews and implement corrective actions to improve product performance and reliability.




- Conduct Value Analysis and Value Engineering (VAVE) initiatives to optimize product costs without compromising quality, performance, or safety.
- Monitor project budgets, development schedules, and resource allocation.

Support manufacturing teams during pilot production and product launch activities.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
