We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Executive with 12 years of experience to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, sourcing relevant talent, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment process from job requirement understanding to offer rollout and onboarding coordination.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other relevant channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments based on job requirements.
- Conduct preliminary HR/telephonic interviews to evaluate candidates on skills, experience, communication, and role fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage candidate databases and ensure recruitment trackers/ATS records are updated accurately.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback, documentation,



offers, and joining dates.
- Support offer negotiation and closure in coordination with the HR/hiring team.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of suitable candidates for current and future requirements.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and role expectations.
- Track recruitment metrics such as open positions, source of hire, interview-to-selection ratio, offer-to-joining ratio, and time-to-hire.
- Assist in employer branding and recruitment-related initiatives when required.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience and maintain professionalism throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
- Positive understanding of recruitment and candidate sourcing techniques.
