ALNOA is looking for a motivated Sales & Business Development Intern to support B2B lead generation, client acquisition, and sales activities across our Marketing, Talent & Recruitment, and AI Services.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate B2B leads through LinkedIn, email, calls, and online research.
- Identify and research potential clients and decision-makers.
- Qualify prospects and schedule client meetings.
- Conduct client follow-ups and maintain the sales pipeline.
- Assist with proposals, presentations, and market research.
- Track sales activities and maintain accurate lead records.
- Support the team in achieving business development and sales targets.

Requirements
- MBA graduate or currently pursuing an MBA, preferably in Sales & Marketing or Business Development.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.




- Strong interest in B2B sales and business development.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive.
- Willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Freshers and candidates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.

What We Offer
