This role offers an opportunity to work with international banking stakeholders, perform end-to-end credit underwriting, and gain exposure to global lending practices across Singapore and Hong Kong markets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Perform Credit Underwriting, Credit Risk Assessment, and Loan Evaluation for Wealth Management clients across the APAC region (Singapore & Hong Kong).
2. Analyze financial statements, income documents, credit proposals, loan documentation, cash flows, and borrower profiles to assess creditworthiness.
3. Conduct Financial Statement Analysis, Ratio Analysis, Cash Flow Analysis, and Credit Risk Evaluation while preparing underwriting recommendations.
4. Collaborate with Relationship Managers, Credit Teams, and Clients to ensure timely loan processing, documentation,



and resolution of client queries.
5. Ensure adherence to internal credit policies, lending guidelines, and APAC regulatory requirements throughout the underwriting lifecycle.
6. Maintain high-quality documentation and support client-facing interactions while ensuring compliance with banking standards.

Requirements

1. 38 years of experience in Credit Underwriting, Credit Analysis, Loan Documentation, or Lending Operations.
2. Strong exposure to Wealth Management, Private Banking, Retail/Commercial Lending, or Banking Operations.
3. Experience supporting APAC markets, preferably Singapore and Hong Kong.
4. Robust understanding of Credit Risk Assessment, Financial Statement Analysis, Ratio Analysis, Cash Flow Analysis, and Borrower Evaluation.
5. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client interaction skills.
