We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Team Leader with a strong background in logistics, courier aggregation, e-commerce shipping, and B2B sales. The candidate will be responsible for leading the sales team, driving revenue, acquiring new customers, managing existing accounts, and achieving monthly and quarterly business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Sales Executives/Business Development Executives.
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and ensure achievement of assigned goals.
- Drive B2B customer acquisition across e-commerce, D2C, SMEs, retailers, and online sellers.
- Generate leads through cold calling, references, digital channels, field visits, and other business development activities.
- Understand customer shipping requirements and recommend suitable courier/logistics solutions.
- Promote courier aggregation and multi-carrier shipping solutions based on customer requirements.
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with clients and ensure high customer retention.
- Handle negotiations,



pricing discussions, proposals, and commercial closures.
- Monitor the complete sales funnel from lead generation to conversion and onboarding.
- Track team performance through daily/weekly sales reports, conversion ratios, revenue, and productivity metrics.
- Conduct regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
- Identify gaps in team performance and implement corrective action plans.
- Coordinate with Operations, Customer Support, Finance, and other teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.
- Resolve customer escalations related to pricing, pickup, delivery, COD, RTO, shipment issues, and service quality in coordination with relevant teams.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and new business opportunities.
