Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Manager to own, manage, and scale online business operations across Shopify D2C and key marketplaces (Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart). The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth, optimize ad performance, streamline inventory, and track key e-commerce analytics.

Key Responsibilities
- P&L; & Strategy: Drive overall online revenue, sales growth, and profitability across D2C (Shopify) and marketplaces.
- Marketplace Operations: Oversee daily listings, rankings, promotions, campaigns, and account management on Myntra, Amazon, and Flipkart.
- Shopify D2C Management: Manage website operations, cataloging, site speed, user experience, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Performance Marketing:



Partner with marketing teams/agencies to track and optimize ROAS, CAC, CPC, and CTR across Meta, Google Ads, and marketplace ads.
- Catalog & Inventory: Manage SKU listings, price points, stock availability, and coordinate with warehouse teams to reduce RTOs and returns.
- Analytics & Reporting: Build daily/weekly MIS reports tracking revenue, AOV, traffic, conversion rates, and repeat purchases using GA4, Power BI, and Excel.

Key Requirements
- 4-7 years of experience managing Shopify D2C and marketplace channels.
- Solid background in Fashion, Apparel, or Ethnic Wear sectors.
- Proficiency with GA4, Google/Meta Ads, Power BI, and Advanced Excel.
- Proven ability to analyze e-commerce metrics and lead cross-functional teams.
