Autoprtz is looking for a Customer Care Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, providing information about automotive spare parts, coordinating with customers, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls, WhatsApp messages, and online enquiries.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable information about automotive spare parts.
- Assist customers with product availability, pricing, orders, and delivery-related queries.
- Coordinate with the sales, sourcing, and operations teams to resolve customer issues.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, payments, and deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and enquiries.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and provide timely solutions.
- Build valuable relationships with customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with potential customers and convert enquiries into orders when appropriate.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
