We are looking for a Customer Onboarding / Tooling Engineer with solid networking, Cloudflare, IAM, API troubleshooting, and customer-handling experience.

Mandatory Skills
- Networking: DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, TLS/SSL, CIDR, NAT, BGP, TCP/IP
- Cloudflare: CDN, DNS, WAF, Bot Protection, API Security, SSL/TLS, Zero Trust/SASE, Tunnel, WAN, CNI
- Troubleshooting: DNS failures, SSL issues, 4xx/5xx errors, caching, authentication
- IAM: LDAP, SAML, OIDC, OAuth, SSO, MFA, Zero Trust
- APIs & Scripting: REST APIs, JSON, cURL, Python/Bash, API troubleshooting
- Customer onboarding, configuration, validation, runbooks & documentation
- Strong customer handling, ownership, escalation & collaboration skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Mandatory
