Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective customers/students over the phone, understanding their requirements, providing relevant information, and generating leads or conversions.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers/students from the provided database.
- Explain products, services, courses, offers, or programs clearly and confidently.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.
- Follow up with interested leads regularly.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and customer responses.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Handle basic customer queries and objections professionally.




- Coordinate with the sales/counselling team for qualified leads.
- Maintain a positive and professional communication style.
- Ensure timely follow-up and closure of assigned leads.

Required Skills
- Positive communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable speaking on the phone.
- Basic knowledge of Hindi and English.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to handle targets and follow-up activities.
- Basic computer knowledge.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
