Job Summary

We are looking for a Fixture Design Engineer with hands-on experience in Hydraulic Machining Fixtures and Automation. The candidate will be responsible for developing fixture concepts, preparing manufacturing drawings and BOMs, validating designs, and supporting the automation and manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities
- Create concepts and designs for hydraulic machining fixtures and automation systems.
- Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) and detailed manufacturing drawings.
- Validate designs for manufacturing feasibility.
- Prepare routing and support fixture manufacturing activities.
- Perform fixture validation and ensure proper functionality.
- Design and arrange appropriate clamping sequences.
- Check tool interfaces and ensure compatibility with the fixture.
- Perform structural analysis of fixture designs.
- Ensure operator working feasibility and ease of operation.
- Prepare quotations based on project requirements.




- Select suitable servo motors and cylinders based on application requirements.
- Select appropriate materials for fixture components.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or relevant qualification in Tool & Die, NTTF, or CIPET.
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Fixture Design.
- Experience in automation and hydraulic machining fixtures will be preferred.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or Creo.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to work effectively under strict project deadlines.
- Valuable understanding of manufacturing processes and fixture design principles.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
