Job Title: Fitness Coach

About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Fitness Coach to join us on a contract basis. This role is critical to enhancing our user experience by delivering high-quality fitness coaching. This coach will be responsible for building structured workouts that meet the needs of a vast variety of clients. The role may expand in the future into developing workout content for our digital library.

The ideal candidate will have strong coaching experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work with diverse user groups across different fitness levels and health conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop workout routines for users at Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced fitness levels which include both cardio and strength training exercises.
- Conduct 1:1 fitness consultations via video calls
- Design personalized workout plans:
- Home-based and gym-based, with or without equipment
- Adapt fitness programs based on:





User goals (e.g., weight loss)

Fitness levels and medical considerations

Collaborate with internal teams for content planning and delivery

Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in fitness coaching
- Mandatory fitness certifications like

NASM-CPT

ACSM-CPT

NSCA-CPT

ACE-CPT

REPS India-registered Personal Trainer

K11 Advanced Personal Trainer
- Proven experience in 1:1 client coaching
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle diverse user demographics
- High level of ownership and accountability
- Experience planning and leading high- and low-impact workout programs (Such as: flexibility and mobility training, strength training, and cardiovascular exercise)

Valuable-to-Have:
- Experience working with clients with chronic health conditions
- Prior experience in online/remote coaching
- Knowledge of sports nutrition
