Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Warehouse Executive to manage day-to-day warehouse activities, including inward and outward material, inventory control, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, documentation, and ERP entries. The role requires accurate stock handling and coordination with Purchase, Production, Sales, Accounts, and Logistics teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily inward and outward warehouse operations.
- Receive and verify incoming materials against PO, invoice, delivery challan, and other documents.
- Check material quantity, product specifications, batch numbers, and physical condition.
- Prepare GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and update stock in ERP/software.
- Ensure proper storage, identification, labeling,



and systematic arrangement of materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
- Conduct regular physical stock counting and reconcile discrepancies.
- Follow FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.
- Pick, pack, stage, and dispatch materials as per customer/order requirements.
- Verify quantity and material details before dispatch/loading.
- Prepare delivery challan, invoice, dispatch documents, e-way bill, and other required documentation.
- Coordinate with transporters and logistics partners for timely dispatch and delivery.
- Track shipments and maintain POD (Proof of Delivery) records.
- Handle damaged, shortage, excess, returned, or rejected materials and report discrepancies.
- Maintain daily/weekly stock, inward, outward, and dispatch reports.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Sales, Accounts, and Quality teams.
- Maintain warehouse housekeeping, 5S, safety, and proper space utilization.
