Accounts & Taxation Executive – Tally Prime & CompuOffice

About the Role

We are looking for an Accounts & Taxation Executive to join our CA office. The candidate will primarily work on Tally Prime, CompuOffice and day-to-day accounting and taxation-related office work.

The role is suitable for someone who is comfortable working with accounting software and wants to gain practical experience in GST, Income Tax and financial accounting.

Key Responsibilities
- Enter and maintain accounting data in Tally Prime
- Work on CompuOffice for client accounting and taxation work
- Prepare and maintain ledgers, vouchers and books of accounts
- Assist in GST return preparation and reconciliation
- Work with GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B/2A and related data
- Assist in Income Tax return preparation and related work
- Perform bank, purchase, sales and ledger reconciliations
- Handle Excel-based accounting and reconciliation work
- Download,



check and reconcile data from GST and other portals
- Assist in preparation of financial statements and audit-related schedules
- Coordinate with clients for accounting and taxation-related information
- Perform other routine accounting and CA-office assignments

Required Skills

Must have:
- Good working knowledge of Tally Prime
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
- Basic understanding of accounting
- Positive computer skills
- Ability to work with large volumes of accounting data
- Accuracy and attention to detail

Preferred:
- Experience with CompuOffice
- Knowledge of GST returns and GST reconciliation
- Experience working in a CA firm
- Knowledge of Income Tax return preparation
- Experience with TDS, AIS/TIS and Form 26AS
- Knowledge of financial statement preparation
