Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead the pre-opening setup and operational readiness of the resort.
- Plan and coordinate operations across Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B;, Maintenance, and Security.
- Develop and implement SOPs, service standards, and operational processes.
- Plan manpower requirements and support recruitment, training, and team building.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for timely completion of operational requirements.
- Ensure all rooms, facilities, equipment, and guest areas are ready before opening.
- Manage inventory, procurement, operational budgets, and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and statutory requirements.
- Conduct trial runs and resolve operational gaps before the resort launch.
- Take responsibility for smooth opening, guest experience, and overall resort operations.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
