A. Position Overview

Drive business growth and market expansion for Sandbox Engineering Services in the pharmaceutical and biotech facility engineering sector through strategic business development, targeted marketing initiatives, and pipeline management.

B. Key Responsibilities
Market Development & Pipeline — Find new opportunities in pharma/biotech, build a robust prospect pipeline, engage decision-makers, and convert leads into clients, track pipeline status and revenue forecasts.
Proposals & Client Acquisition — Create smart proposal strategies, manage RFP/RFQ submissions, maintain proposal trackers, and improve win rates.
Digital Marketing & Branding — Lead LinkedIn, SEO, content, and paid campaigns to strengthen brand authority, run targeted marketing to generate qualified leads.
Portfolio & Case Studies — Develop and update project portfolios, case studies, and technical visuals, convert project outcomes into robust marketing collateral.
Digital Platforms & Online Presence — Oversee website optimization, SEO, social media, content calendars,



and online reputation; ensure consistent and impactful digital presence.

C. Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field
3–7 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or marketing (preferably pharma/biotech)
Understanding of GMP facilities, engineering services, or technical consulting
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills
Solid analytical mindset with experience in reporting, forecasting, and CRM usage

D. Technical Skills
Proposal tools (MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel, PDF editors)
Digital marketing tools (LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads)
Data analysis & reporting (Excel, dashboards)
Understanding of GMP, pharma facility workflows, and engineering terminology

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
