The Role

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor & Vendor Coordinator to manage our outsourced production operations. This is a full time, in-person position requiring direct oversight of vendor partnerships and hands-on coordination across the entire production pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee end-to-end production timelines across multiple vendor partners
Maintain quality standards and specifications from raw materials through final delivery
Coordinate between design, production, and vendor teams to resolve operational challenges
Track production metrics and identify efficiency improvements
Build and sustain relationships with key vendor partners
Document processes and maintain production records

What We’re Looking For
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in production management or vendor coordination (outsourced or in-house environments)




Proven ability to manage complex timelines and multiple concurrent projects
Robust understanding of garment production processes (tailoring, embroidery, finishing)
Demonstrated track record of maintaining quality standards under operational pressure
Ability to troubleshoot production issues independently and escalate strategically
Fluency in vendor communication and relationship building

Location: Nigdi, Pune

Working Hours: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM

Schedule: Monday to Sunday, Weekly Off: Thursday

Compensation: Salary based on experience and expertise (to be discussed during interview)

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
