Role Summary

The Supply Manager – Service Associate is responsible for end-to-end program management of a pool of gig workers (Service Associates). This includes driving hiring support, onboarding, day-to-day management, retention, payout reconciliation, policy compliance, and attrition management to ensure a healthy, engaged, and productive gig workforce.

Key Responsibilities

Hiring Support
Support end-to-end sourcing and recruitment funnel for gig workers to meet supply targets.
Coordinate with talent acquisition/vendor partners to ensure timely closure of open positions.
Track and report funnel metrics (leads, conversions, drop-offs) to identify bottlenecks.

Onboarding
Drive smooth onboarding of recent gig workers, including documentation, verification, and system/app activation.
Ensure recent joiners complete mandatory training and induction within defined timelines.
Resolve onboarding-related queries and escalations promptly.

Ongoing Management
Manage the day-to-day performance and engagement of the assigned gig worker pool.
Monitor productivity,



service quality, and adherence to operational SOPs.
Act as the primary point of contact for gig workers to address issues and grievances.

Retention & Attrition Management
Design and execute retention initiatives to reduce attrition and improve gig worker satisfaction.
Analyze attrition trends and root causes; implement corrective action plans.
Conduct regular engagement activities and feedback sessions with the gig workforce.

Payout Reconciliation
Ensure accurate and timely payout processing and reconciliation for gig workers.
Investigate and resolve payout discrepancies in coordination with finance/operations teams.
Maintain accurate records of earnings, incentives, and deductions.

Compliance
Ensure all gig worker engagements adhere to company policies and applicable regulatory guidelines.
Conduct periodic audits to ensure documentation, safety, and process compliance.
