Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent
Manage end-to-end hiring process including job postings, interviews, offers, and onboarding
Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs
Employee Relations & Engagement
Foster a positive work environment and address employee concerns effectively
Handle disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution
Design and implement employee engagement and retention programs
Performance Management
Oversee performance appraisal systems and goal-setting processes
Guide managers and employees on performance improvement plans
Track KPIs and promote a culture of continuous feedback
Training & Development
Assess training needs and develop learning and development programs
Organize workshops, e-learning, and upskilling initiatives
Monitor training effectiveness and ROI
Compliance & Policy Management
Ensure HR policies comply with Indian labor laws (e.g., Shops & Establishment Act, PF, ESIC, etc.)




Maintain and update HR handbooks, policies, and procedures
Liaise with legal counsel for compliance-related matters
Payroll & Benefits Administration
Coordinate with payroll vendors/accounting team for accurate salary processing
Administer employee perks like insurance, PF, gratuity, leave, etc.
Handle statutory filings and audits
HR Strategy & Analytics
Develop HR strategies aligned with business objectives
Use data and analytics for workforce planning and decision-making
Prepare HR reports for senior management

Key Skills:

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
