we are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented CRM Executive to join with our team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage client accounts from lead generation to retention.
Maintain CRM records, client preferences, and order history.
Track sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups.
Coordinate with manufacturing, QC, and logistics for smooth order execution.
Update clients on order status and support custom requirements.
Drive upselling through targeted client engagement.
Prepare performance and sales reports while maintaining data accuracy.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Education:
Bachelor's (preferred)
Experience:
CRM: 3 years (preferred)
Customer relationship management: 3 years (preferred)
Language:
Hindi, English (required)
Work Location: In person
