Job Description
Key purpose of the role:

Drive organization-wide strategic initiatives by translating business strategy into actionable projects, aligning stakeholders, defining success metrics, building cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful execution and delivery of strategic outcomes. This is a dedicated, full time role.

Responsibilities:

Drive successful completion of OKR projects, delivering measurable business impact and establishing robust business processes implementation

What key tasks will be involved?
/n
Strategic Alignment
/n
/n
Translate organizational strategy into a portfolio of strategic projects.
/n
Define objectives, success criteria, milestones, and implementation roadmaps.
/n
Ensure all initiatives are aligned to business priorities and growth goals.
/n
/n
Program Definition & Governance
/n
/n
Establish project charters, timelines, budgets, and governance mechanisms.
/n
Develop OKRs and KPIs for each strategic initiative.
/n
Track progress, identify risks, and drive corrective actions.
/n
/n
Cross-functional Collaboration
/n
/n
Partner with functional heads to align priorities and resource allocation.
/n
Build and lead cross-functional project teams for strategic initiatives.
/n
Facilitate decision-making and resolve execution roadblocks.
/n
/n
Execution Excellence
/n
/n
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable business impact.
/n
Monitor advantages realization and business outcomes post implementation.
/n
Drive a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
/n
/n
Strategic Reporting
/n
/n
Provide regular updates to leadership on project health, milestones, risks, and outcomes.
/n
Develop executive dashboards and strategy review mechanisms.
/n
/n
Ideal Candidate Profile:
/n
/n
2–6 years of experience in strategic program/project coordination, business operations, strategy execution, or a similar strategy execution-foc
