Key Responsibilities
Human Resource Management
Handle end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition across multiple departments.
Manage sourcing, screening,



interviews, onboarding, induction, and employee documentation.
Maintain employee records, HR policies, attendance, leaves, payroll coordination, and compliance documentation.
Ensure smooth employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Build strong employee engagement and retention strategies.
Administration & Operations
Oversee day-to-day office administration and operational coordination.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and resource allocation.
Support process implementation and SOP adherence across departments.
Ensure discipline, productivity, and operational efficiency.
Strategic Support & Business Growth
Assist management in organizational growth planning and workforce scaling.
Support multi-location expansion activities including office setup, staffing, and coordination.
