Experience Requirement
Minimum 2 years of hands-on professional experience working with Advanced Excel (formulas, data cleaning, pivot tables, reconciliation, automation, etc.)
Experience in MIS, Reporting, Data Analysis, Accounts, Finance, Operations, or similar roles will be preferred.

Responsibilities
Work on large datasets (50,000+ rows) in Excel and clean, transform & format data
Create & maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and automated templates
Perform payment reconciliation, vendor/customer settlement & mismatch reports:
Use advanced Excel functions: IF / SUMIF / COUNTIF / VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP / INDEX-MATCH / TEXT / DATE / FILTER etc.
Build Pivot tables, charts, and dynamic summary reports




Automate recurring tasks using Excel Macros / VBA:
Import, merge & consolidate multiple files (CSV, Excel etc.)
Work closely with Accounts / Finance / Operations teams to deliver reports within deadlines
Ensure data accuracy, zero-error output and fast turnaround time

Required Skills:

Excel formulas (lookup, logical, text, date, array functions)
Pivot Tables & Charts
VBA / Macros (automation)
Financial or payment reconciliation experience
Data cleaning & transformation
Solid analytical and problem-solving ability
Rapid working speed with keyboard shortcuts & productivity hacks

Must be very fluent in spoken and written English.

Preferred / Good to Have
Google Sheets + App Script
Excel certification or VBA course completion

Work Setting:
This is a High Salary Job.

Job Timings: Mon-Sat, 10am-7pm. ( Working hours are normal Day Shift only).
