As part of our continued international expansion, we are looking for an Investment Coordinator to support our growing team of Investment Consultants and Senior Investment Specialists.

Role Overview: We are looking for a sharp, data obsessed Performance Marketing Specialist to own all paid media channels for Baron & Cabot. You will manage Meta, Google, and LinkedIn campaigns end-to-end, from audience research and creative briefing through to daily optimisation, attribution reporting, and budget reallocation. This is a high ownership role in a company that takes performance seriously.

Key Responsibilities





Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Build, launch, and optimise prospecting and retargeting campaigns targeting NRI and HNI audiences across India, UAE, and Singapore
Manage campaign budget optimisation (CBO), bid strategies, and audience hierarchy
Build and manage lookalike audiences from CRM-sourced converted investor data
Own creative A/B testing: brief the design team, analyse performance, iterate relentlessly
Implement and maintain Conversion API (CAPI) server-side tracking
Monitor and optimise frequency, CPM, CTR, CPC, CPL, and CPQL daily

Google Ads
Run search campaigns targeting high-intent investment keywords
Manage Display and YouTube pre-roll campaigns for awareness and retargeting
Operate Performance Max campaigns and analyse cross-channel attribution
Perform weekly negative keyword audits and search term hygiene
Optimise landing page Quality Scores with the design team
