About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Node.js Backend Developer to design, develop, and maintain highly scalable backend systems for enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in Node.js, microservices architecture, API development, and cloud-native backend solutions. Experience in the Trading, Capital Markets, or FinTech domain will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance backend applications using Node.js.
Build and optimize RESTful APIs and backend services for enterprise applications.
Design and implement microservices-based architectures with a focus on scalability and resilience.
Optimize application performance, database queries, and backend processes for high-volume transactions.
Develop secure authentication, authorization, and API security mechanisms.
Work closely with frontend developers, product managers, QA teams, and DevOps engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.
Write clean, maintainable,



and well-documented code following industry best practices.
Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical decision-making.
Troubleshoot production issues and ensure system reliability and availability.
Implement logging, monitoring, and performance tuning for backend services.

Mandatory Skills
8–10 years of hands-on backend development experience.
Solid expertise in Node.js and JavaScript.
Strong understanding of TypeScript.
Experience in building RESTful APIs and backend services.
Robust knowledge of Microservices Architecture.
Experience with Express.js or NestJS.
Positive understanding of asynchronous programming, event-driven architecture, and message queues.
Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
Hands-on experience with Docker and containerized deployments.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Plat
