Daily work: Oversee daily work on the building site and direct trade crews and staff.
Planning and Scheduling: Create work timetables and track project milestones.
Budget and Cost Control: Manage expense estimates, track spending, and approve invoices.
Contractor Coordination: Hire subcontractors, negotiate vendor rates, and manage material orders.
Safety and Quality Control: Enforce health and safety codes and inspect completed work stages.
Education: Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field or Diploma in civil engineering with 10 plus years experience
Experience: Diploma with 8 plus years experience or BE / B Tech with 5 plus years experience in civil projects.
Technical Skills: Ability to read blueprints, understand building codes, and use project management software.
Soft Skills: Robust leadership, transparent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
