Position: Junior Accountant

Salary Range:₹15,000 - ₹22,000 per month (Based on qualifications and experience)

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Record day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally Prime/ERP with accuracy and timeliness.
Perform accurate accounting data entry and maintain proper financial records.
Verify invoices, bills, vouchers, and supporting documents before recording transactions.
Prepare journal, payment, receipt, and contra vouchers.
Assist in processing vendor payments and maintaining accounts payable records.
Record customer receipts and maintain accounts receivable records.
Prepare and reconcile vendor and customer account statements.
Maintain daily bank transaction records and prepare bank reconciliation statements.
Assist in GST and TDS data preparation, reconciliation, and statutory documentation.
Maintain proper filing of invoices, vouchers, agreements,



and other accounting documents in both physical and digital formats.
Support monthly book closing activities and preparation of financial reports.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly accounting MIS reports as required by the Finance team.
Assist during statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits by providing required documents and reconciliations.
Coordinate with internal departments for invoice verification, documentation, and payment-related queries.
Ensure compliance with company accounting policies, financial controls, and statutory requirements.
Maintain confidentiality of financial information and company records.
Support the Senior Accountant and Finance & Accounts Head in day-to-day finance and accounting operations.
Continuously improve accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness in accounting processes.

Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) - Mandatory.
