Key Responsibilities
Generate recent business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and lead-generation activities.
Identify and engage key decision-makers and Business Unit Heads.
Conduct virtual presentations, product demonstrations, and consultative discussions with prospective clients.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients to drive repeat business and account growth.
Collaborate with delivery and training teams to ensure client requirements are accurately captured and fulfilled.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and client records within CRM systems.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets while maintaining high client satisfaction levels.

Required Skills:
Solid B2B sales, business development, and account management experience.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.




Ability to engage with mid-level and senior-level decision-makers.
Experience managing long sales cycles and consultative sales processes.
Strong prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline management skills.
Proficiency in CRM platforms.
Ability to develop customized proposals and training solutions based on client needs.

Education
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
MBA is preferred but not mandatory.

Experience
Minimum 3+ years of experience in B2B Sales, Corporate Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or Enterprise Sales.
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.

Experience working with corporate clients.
Experience handling enterprise accounts and strategic partnerships.
