Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Handle customers at the sales counter and understand their requirements.
Explain product features, specifications, pricing, and suitable products.
Generate leads and develop recent customers.
Visit dealers, electricians, contractors, builders, and other potential customers.
Promote lighting and electrical products in the assigned market.
Take orders and follow up with customers.
Maintain positive relationships with existing customers.
Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
Maintain basic sales and customer records.

Required Skills:
Valuable communication and convincing skills.




Basic knowledge of LED lights, decorative lights, and electrical products is preferred.
Willingness to learn about products and sales.
Good customer-handling skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and MS Excel is preferred.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred for field sales.

Salary

₹15,000 - ₹50,000 per month + Incentives, depending on experience and skills.
