About the Role

Key Responsibilities (KRA's)

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Handle end-to-end recruitment for various departments and levels.
Conduct telephonic screening and initial HR interviews.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

Interview Coordination
Maintain interview feedback and hiring status records.

Data Management & Reporting
Compile recruitment data into Excel sheets and MIS reports.
Update daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports.
Maintain records of open positions, interviews, and closures.

HR Operations Support
Assist in onboarding and joining formalities.
Coordinate document collection and employee records.




Support HR team in administrative and employee engagement activities.

Required Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sourcing and screening abilities.
Knowledge of job portals and LinkedIn recruitment.
Valuable command over MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets.
Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment metrics.
Experience in Manufacturing Industry, FMCG, Beverage Industry, or Recruitment Consultancy.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Qualification
Graduate in any discipline.
MBA/PGDM in HR preferred but not mandatory.
