Write, edit and publish engaging posts for various social networks, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram & Youtube
Researching and writing high-quality content like service descriptions, etc.
Optimising content for social Media
Collaborating with other teams like designers and developers to align content with the company’s brand.
Manage content calendars and deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
Optimize social media posts (language, tone, message) based on our target audience’s behaviors
Update our social media pages with compelling company news
Coordinate with internal teams to create advertising posts.
Track and report on social media insights (traffic, engagement, shares, conversion rates)
Respond to questions and comments on our social media pages in a timely and accurate manner
Network with clients and industry specialists
