Supervise daily production activities and ensure targets are achieved.
Oversee engineering and maintenance activities to minimize machine downtime.
Plan and manage workforce shifts for optimal productivity.
Monitor and ensure adherence to quality control and hygiene standards.
Implement preventive maintenance schedules for all production machinery.
Maintain accurate records of production output, maintenance logs, and inventory usage.
Coordinate with the Managing Director, procurement, and quality teams for smooth operations.
Train and mentor production operators and technical staff.
Ensure cost control, minimize wastage, and improve overall efficiency.
Enforce safety protocols and compliance with factory regulations.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,876.56 per month
