Key Responsibilities
Stock & Inventory Management
Monitor raw material availability and maintain accurate stock records.
Coordinate procurement with the management team.
Implement regular stock audits to reduce wastage and ensure cost efficiency.
Labour & Team Management
Supervise and allocate daily tasks to laborers and artisans.
Train and guide workers to maintain quality and safety standards.
Maintain discipline and ensure smooth teamwork in the factory.
Finishing & Quality Control
Inspect art pieces during and after production to ensure finishing standards.
Address defects immediately and ensure corrective measures.
Maintain quality checklists and documentation for every batch.
Production & Delivery Planning
Plan daily/weekly production schedules in coordination with the operations team.
Align finishing timelines with delivery schedules.
Ensure packaging and dispatches are executed on time.
Reporting & Coordination




Provide daily and weekly reports on stock, production, and deliveries.
Coordinate with management, logistics, and sales teams to meet client deadlines.
Highlight any challenges or delays and suggest improvements.

Skills & Qualifications
Prior experience as a factory supervisor/production in-charge (preferably in manufacturing, arts, or decor industry).
Solid leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of stock management and inventory software/tools.
Eye for detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to handle deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Positive communication and problem-solving skills.
