Job description

We are looking for ambitious specialists having minimum 2 years of expeirence in FMCG sector to join us as Field Sales Executives. The role is based across Tamilnadu and will focus on building robust distributor and retail networks.
Drive sales growth and meet monthly targets.
Appoint and manage distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
Ensure product visibility and market penetration.
Implement promotions and organize customer engagement initiatives.
Collect and analyze market intelligence for competitive advantage.

Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.




Self-driven and target-oriented personality.
Previous sales/marketing experience preferred.
Providing regular sales performance reports.
