About the Role

Shree Ascend Group is looking for a highly organized, qualified, proactive, and trustworthy Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to the CEO to provide comprehensive administrative, qualified, and personal support to the CEO.

This is a demanding and energetic role requiring excellent communication, coordination, confidentiality, time management, and follow-up skills.

Key Responsibilities

Executive & Administrative Support
Provide complete day-to-day administrative and executive assistance to the CEO.
Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, meetings, reminders, and schedules.
Coordinate internal and external meetings and ensure timely follow-ups.
Prepare meeting agendas, notes, minutes, and action points.
Maintain records,



documents, correspondence, and confidential information.
Track important tasks, commitments, deadlines, and follow-ups on behalf of the CEO.
Coordinate with various departments, consultants, clients, vendors, and business associates.
Manage and organize incoming and outgoing communication.
Prepare professional responses based on the CEO's instructions.
Maintain professional communication with clients, consultants, senior executives, and business partners.

Travel Management
Must be open to frequent travel with the CEO, whenever required.
Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel.
Manage flight/train bookings, hotel reservations, transportation, itineraries, and travel schedules.
Coordinate travel-related meetings and appointments.
Ensure all travel arrangements are organized and executed smoothly.
Be available to provide assistance during business travel when required.
