Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Develop responsive, reusable, and scalable UI components following industry best practices.
Integrate REST APIs, WebSockets, Firebase services, and third-party SDKs.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical decision-making.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of software development experience.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on Flutter development experience.
Solid proficiency in Dart programming language.
Hands-on experience with state management frameworks such as BLoC, Provider, Riverpod, or GetX.
Experience integrating RESTful APIs and third-party services.




Proficiency with Git-based version control systems.
Solid debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Skills
Experience with Firebase services including Authentication, Firestore, Analytics, Crashlytics, and FCM.
Knowledge of native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift) development.
Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
Solid understanding of Clean Architecture, SOLID principles, and software design patterns.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
