Key Responsibilities
Oversee and maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.
Review daily accounting transactions, journal entries, invoices, payments, and receipts.
Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow monitoring.
Perform and review bank reconciliations and account reconciliations.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, and other applicable statutory requirements.
Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and regulatory authorities as required.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and cost analysis activities.
Monitor financial controls and recommend process improvements where necessary.
Maintain organized financial documentation and ensure data accuracy.
Support management by providing financial insights and business performance reports.
Guide and support junior accounting staff when required.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.




7+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or related functions.
Solid working knowledge of Tally, Microsoft Excel, and accounting software.
Valuable understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, taxation, and compliance.
Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
