Lead and manage daily production operations to achieve targets efficiently.
Must have experience in Retorted, RTE (Ready-to-Eat) and RTC (Ready-to-Cook) food products.
Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, hygiene, GMP, and HACCP standards.
Plan manpower, production schedules, raw materials, and machine utilization.
Monitor productivity, minimize wastage, and coordinate effectively with Quality, Stores, Purchase & Maintenance teams.
Pay: ₹90,000.00 per month
