The primary focus & goal is of ensuring smooth operations, guest satisfaction, and profitability.
Leading and training staff.
Handling budgets and finances.
Resolving guest issues.
Ensuring regulatory compliance & liaising with Govt authorities.
Driving marketing efforts to attract guests & grow business.
Develop and implement operational strategies to boost revenue and reduce costs.
Analysing performance reports to identify areas for improvement.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
