Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and organised Admin Executive to handle day-to-day administrative, computer-based, documentation and local outdoor activities.

Key Responsibilities

Computer & Data Management
Maintain and regularly update lists, records and databases.
Perform accurate data entry and maintain digital records.
Work on MS Excel, including formulas, filters, sorting and basic data management.
Prepare and update Excel sheets and reports as required.
Handle English and Marathi typing for office documents and records.
Assist with basic digital marketing activities such as updating content, maintaining online records and supporting social media-related work.

Documentation & Record Keeping
Maintain and update office registers and manual records.
Handle documentation, filing and record-keeping activities.
Ensure proper maintenance and organisation of office documents.

Outdoor & Local Administrative Work
Handle bank-related work such as submitting documents and completing routine office transactions.




Purchase and arrange stationery and other office requirements.
Perform local outdoor work as assigned by management.
Coordinate with banks, vendors, suppliers and other local contacts when required.

General Administration
Support day-to-day office administration and routine activities.
Coordinate with different departments and employees for administrative requirements.
Ensure timely completion of assigned administrative tasks.
Maintain confidentiality of company information.
Perform other office and administrative duties assigned by management.

Required Skills:
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel, formulas, filters and data entry
Good English and Marathi typing skills
Basic knowledge of digital marketing and online platforms
Valuable communication and coordination skills
Positive documentation and record-keeping ability
Basic computer knowledge
Responsible, organised and detail-oriented approach
