Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets.
Source and recruit entry-level sales executives, HR recruiters, and other required profiles.
Handle the complete recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling.
Achieve individual as well as team hiring targets within set timelines.
Maintain and manage reports and data using MS Office and ZOHO suite.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and deliver suitable candidates.
Utilize recruitment portals (especially Naukri.com) for effective candidate sourcing.
Conduct bulk hiring drives when required.

Candidate Profile / Required Qualifications:
Proficient in complete MS Office suite (Excel, Outlook, etc.).
Hands-on experience with ZOHO suite and Naukri portal.
Prior experience in bulk hiring and managing a recruitment team.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Target-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple requirements simultaneously.
