About the Role

We are looking for agile, customer-focused, and enthusiastic fresh graduates to join our Customer Support team. This role is ideal for recent college pass-outs who possess excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Eligibility Criteria:
Recent graduate preferred.
Delhi University (DU)
Institute of Hotel Management (IHM)
IP University/Colleges (IP)
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Key Responsibilities
Provide accurate information regarding services and processes.
Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Collaborate with internal teams to provide seamless customer support.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
