Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telemarketer responsible for conducting outbound calls to businesses across the United Kingdom. The primary objective of this role is to introduce the company’s products and service offerings, engage decision-makers, qualify potential clients, and generate high-quality sales leads for the Business Development team.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound cold calls to UK-based businesses using provided databases and lead sources.
Introduce and clearly present the company’s products and service offerings to prospective clients.
Identify and engage with key decision-makers within organizations.
Understand customer needs through structured questioning and discovery conversations.
Qualify prospects based on predefined lead qualification criteria.
Generate and schedule qualified appointments or leads for the sales/business development team.
Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and outcomes in CRM systems.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets.




Handle objections professionally and maintain a positive brand image during all interactions.
Follow call scripts and compliance guidelines while maintaining a natural conversational approach.
Provide market feedback and insights gathered during customer interactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent verbal communication skills in English (neutral or explicit international accent preferred).
