We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Research Associate - Organic Chemist to join our team. As a Research Associate, you will play a key role in conducting research and development activities related to synthetic organic chemistry. You will collaborate with a team of scientists and researchers to design, synthesize, and characterize novel organic compounds and materials.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and execute experiments to synthesize organic compounds using various techniques, including multi-step synthesis, purification, and isolation.
Conduct literature reviews to gather relevant information and propose recent strategies for compound synthesis and optimization.




Characterize and analyse synthesized compounds using spectroscopic techniques such as NMR, IR, MS, and other analytical methods to ensure their structural and chemical integrity.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to synthesis, purification, and characterization of organic compounds.
Maintain accurate and detailed laboratory records, including experimental protocols, observations, and data analysis.
Participate in scientific discussions, present research findings internally, and contribute to the preparation of technical reports, presentations, and publications.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in organic chemistry and relevant research methodologies, techniques, and instrumentation.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
