Key Responsibilities

Lead Management & Customer Calling
Contact potential customers through inbound and outbound calls.
Follow up on digital leads, inquiries, and customer requests.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable EV product information.
Maintain regular follow-ups with interested customers.

Sales Support & Conversion
Explain electric motorcycle features, perks, pricing, offers, and ownership advantages.
Generate showroom visits and test ride appointments.
Support the sales team in converting leads into successful sales.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up status.

Customer Relationship Management
Build positive relationships with customers through skilled communication.
Resolve basic customer queries and coordinate with the sales team for further support.
Maintain customer satisfaction throughout the sales journey.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
